Basic Life Support (BLS) - duration 4 hours

This is designed either as an all-round introduction to First Aid, or as a revision between re-certification.

This course covers Resuscitation, the unconscious casualty, a choking casualty and methods of controlling bleeding.

A Certificate of attendance is issued on completion of the course.
